The annual dues for most homes (non-gated areas) are approximately $575 per year. This amount covers use of the community workout facilities, community parks, tennis and basketball courts AND security system monitoring of your home each month, as well as basic cable and mail delivery to your door.

For those who want to used the Community Pools, there is an additional charge per family per summer.

The Gated areas of The Retreat, The Reserve and Enchanted Hill have additional HOA annual dues.
